Jie Zhao contacted us because she needed help attracting more clients to her acupuncture clinic, especially for a new cosmetic acupuncture service.
At the starting point, her online presence did not have a clear brand, and the Wix-based website was difficult to manage. Although Jie had done a good job creating the site and marketing materials herself, the overall look felt generic to the target audience, and the materials did not feel consistent because there was no brand style guide.
The goal was to create a clear, consistent brand and a website that makes it as easy as possible for clients to find services and book an appointment, while making use of the Timma booking system she was already using.

Solution: what UUDLY did
1. Brand review and rebrand
We carried out a thorough brand planning process to evaluate how visible Jie was to the audience she wanted to reach: whether she could be found, and how that audience perceived her visual identity. The goal was to build a consistent look that works both on the website and across other materials.
2. Custom WordPress + WooCommerce setup for services
We built a custom WordPress website for Jie and used WooCommerce to present services as products. With the right metadata in place, the services can be sent to search engines and shown there as bookable products and services.
3. Timma integration and a direct booking path
We integrated the external Timma booking service that the client was already using. The booking calendar is visible on the homepage, and the “Book your appointment” button on each service page takes visitors directly to the matching service in the external booking system.
Results
Jie’s goal was to bring in more clients, especially for the new cosmetic acupuncture service. After six months, the appointment calendar was fully booked.
