Challenge
Studiokasi is a cozy music school located in Töölö (Mannerheimintie 29) that teaches piano and singing.
When the service is personal (piano lessons for children and adults, singing lessons for ages 15+), growth often comes from making the threshold for getting started as low as possible: findability on Google, a clear service structure, and a smooth booking process. Studiokas already has a service promise, price list, and contact information.
Our task was to showcase the studio’s services.
When discoverability and booking are made easy, new students will find their way without the need for “extra sales.”
Solution: what UUDLY did
1. Service structure and content
We clarified the service offering so that students can quickly find the right option (piano lessons, singing lessons, introductory visits, gift cards). We built “how to get started” paths and ensured that the content reflects the spirit of Studiokas: unhurried, encouraging, and warm.
2. Optimizing appointment scheduling
We made the booking process smoother by adding essential information for first-time visitors to the booking calendar: how the first visit works, what to book, payment methods, and cancellation and transfer policies. The goal was to make it possible to book an appointment in one visit without hesitation. Check out the Booking Calendar product.
3. Local SEO and Google Business Profile
We improved local discoverability with basic search engine optimization (metadata, internal linking, and content weighting) and Google Business Profile recommendations. This makes your studio easier to find when new students are looking for classes in Töölö or Helsinki.
Results
As a result, the website guides first-time visitors more clearly to the right service and appointment booking – and local discoverability supports the creation of new contacts.
